You have been dreaming long enough and are looking for someone to help you stay on track. Four sessions spread out over 8 weeks allows clients to move at a slower pace to accomplish their goals. For clients whose strategy for goal attainment involves many steps. Insight and support is available as you work on your goals.
Taking you from dreaming to goal setting to taking action is what I do. Twelve session over a 3 months period of time. Client can use sessions weekly or double up as needed. This provides true accountability for clients to move towards their identified goal.
This plan affords the greatest value for the person who is really seeking to have the coaching process be primary in their plan to successfully reach their goal. Twenty Four sessions over 6 months allows the client enough time to move past challenges as well as work on motivation and sustainable progress in their goals. Concrete timelines are set and accountability is established. The support to help you overcome obstacles is there as we partner together to make your dream come true.
